What we collect

If you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property details, and message you choose to provide. We do not collect anything else, and this site does not require an account.

Why we collect it

We use it to respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about your property. That's the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Our email is hosted by Microsoft.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Our host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we have a working relationship or an active conversation, and then only as long as we need to for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Write to mike@beccagroup.net and ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for business use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
